| Whatever your race, age, gender, religion, class, and/or disability, we all experience a different journey. We all grow at different levels. We all create our own comfort zones. And although it is easier said than done, once you become an adult, the only thing that is holding you back in life is yourself. Yes, we all make sacrifices to meet our obligations, but how often do we take that extra step? Sometimes it is as easy as making a phone call, sending an e-mail, filling out the application, etc.
Hopefully as we mature, we understand we can pick our choices, but we can not pick our consequences. What choices are you making? |

This past year…this past decade has been a challenging string of events. Whatever your experience, embrace this new decade optimistically. There is a huge difference between visiting and living in a different country. Living in a different country will open your eyes to so many aspects of life. Looking out from within and looking in from the outside creates a new understanding. All so often we pay for items by habit, routine, etc. Although we feel we have trimmed our expenses to the bare minimum, we must open our eyes and become aware of everything we purchase, especially the necessities, and ask do I really need it?
